Royal Randwick

Spent this afternoon at Royal Randwick, the Ozzie equivalent to ladies day at Ascot. Royal Randwick is suppose to be the best race course in NSW. I went with Jane from work and her friends. Was a really good day out although I didn't pick one winner! Took about 20 mins to get there by bus (the bus services there and back were free - handy!) and met up with them at the entrance. Everyone looked smart, most of the girls wore hats, and lads were suited up. We stood right at the front where the horses & jockies paraded in front of us.
